Antigua & Barbuda Marriage License Laws:

  • No waiting period for Special License
  • Consult with the manager of the resort you are staying at to help you make arrangements to secure your marriage license

$240 US - includes marriage license, marriage officer fees & registration fee.

Identification Needed for an Antigua & Barbuda Marriage License:

  • Valid legal identification - passport or driver’s license/state issued identification & birth certificate
  • Proof of status - divorcee requires deed poll or name certificate where necessary, or death certificate - original or certified copies
  • Two witnesses present at the ceremony
  • Written permission for parties under 18 years of age
